Sellers Warranty:

Each Chi-O device is hand-made with love in Bali. If purchaser does not get desired results or is dissatisfied with the Product within fifteen days of purchase, unit may be returned to Seller for a refund if in like-new condition. A 5% return fee may be charged or a 10-15% rework fee may be charged if the unit is scratched or shows other cosmetic damage and cannot be restocked as new.
