A First Friday concept unique to San Diego, the MindAstronaut Film & Artisan Series highlights the best cinematic works from filmmakers of all genres and locations globally. The two-part event consists of an art exhibit where local artists participate in a pop-up gallery, keeping in theme with the featured film. Alternatively, the filmmaker may choose to include a curated experience at the screening like a sound healing, dance or musical performance.

Are you an artist? Are you a performer? Are you a performance artist?! We're looking for the most unique, engaging collaborations. 

MindAstronaut is accepting submissions for an opportunity to co-produce a Film & Artisan series event! Each artist and/or performance participant will be carefully curated by the Series' producers to keep in theme with the select feature film. Bringing performance, art and film together for an incredible evening.
